Choose Your Knife

These need no explanation. If you’re a foodie, or love someone who is, you’ll know the importance of a good blade in the kitchen. The options are endless. Chef’s knives, paring knives, santoku, veggie paddles, cleavers, steak knives. Find the knife that best fits your cooking style. 

There are several options if you’d like a custom knife: 

  • Choose a standard design or collaborate on a custom design
  • Choice of handle material and design
  • Stainless steel
  • Optional design etched on blade

Care and Feeding of Your Knife

AB Knives are designed to be used, but some common sense rules do apply. Please wash and dry immediately after use. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher. Seriously. Don’t even put it within two feet of a dishwasher. Really, just throw your dishwasher away and get a bunch of these instead. Using against stone or glass cutting boards may roll or chip the blade. If you properly care for your chef’s knife, it will have a long, happy life and keep you well fed. 

Normal wear will occur, but if you experience damage during regular use, or need a sharpening, please send an email. Repairs will not be covered for deliberate damage, stress testing, or misuse.
