Each knife starts with a drawing. Every pencil line is revised and refined until the balance is complete. Next, raw steel; hand-shaping a blank into a blade. Heat-treatment hardens the knife and makes it durable and strong. After that is the handle: selecting the wood that best suits the blade, crafting it for strength and grip and creating a perfect fit for the hand. Finally, the knife is given a fine edge and a high polish. Each knife is individual and handmade to high standards from from start to finish.
